Woman Killed in Agua Dulce Accident Identified

AGUA DULCE - Police have identified the woman who died in Friday's car crash near Agua Dulce. Investigators say 29-year-old Lauren Nicole Augustin died after the driver of a pickup ran a stop sign causing an 18-wheeler to veer and crash into Augustin's SUV. Augustin died at the scene. The driver of the pickup was taken by halo flight to Christus Spohn Memorial. Police cited that driver for failure to yield the right of way. The driver of the 18 wheeler was also taken to an area hospital.
