Woman Accused of Hitting Father and Daughter with her Car

CORPUS CHRISTI - A woman accused of striking a man and his young daughter is now wanted by the Corpus Christi Police Department.

Police say on June 21st, Danielle Deleon, 22, ran into a 25-year-old man who jumped in front of his daughter to protect her from a speeding vehicle.

This all happened around 11 p.m. at Staples and S.P.I.D. The little girl suffered a broken leg when her father was knocked on top of her.

Deleon may be driving a smoke or gray colored Dodge Charger. She's wanted on warrants for injury to a child and reckless driving.
