Witness: Aguirre Punched Crash Victim's Body

CORPUS CHRISTI - A witness testifying against Michael Aguirre told the jury he saw the accused drunk driver rearing back his arm and punching a man's corpse several times after a June 2011 crash.
The 19-year-old is on trial for intoxication manslaughter and driving under the influence with a child. The crash killed the other driver, David Garner.
On the night of the crash, police said Aguirre was driving close to 100 miles an hour on S. Padre Island Drive with his 8-month-old daughter and 19-year-old girlfriend in the car.
