CORPUS CHRISTI- For the second day in a row we did not have a record high but it was still sweltering outside with winds that gusted to near 40 mph. Our winds will continue to be strong into Wednesday then decrease to more reasonable levels by the end of this week. This process will result in slightly lower lows and higher hotter highs and temperatures will approach 100 degrees this Saturday.
Tonight will very warm and stuffy and rather breezy with a low of 81.
Tuesday and Wednesday expect mostly sunny skies windy with gusts of 35+ during the afternoons with furnace like heat expect a high tomorrow of 97 and 98 on Wednesday.
The tropics are all quiet and there is no relief from the dry spell until around the middle of next week.
