KANSAS - The 73-year-old white supremacist accused of killing three people in Kansas appeared in court today.
Frazier Glenn Cross was wheeled into the courtroom for the hearing where his defense attorney requested the scheduling conference be pushed back a month.
Cross is accused of shooting a man and his grandson outside the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City, then driving to a nearby jewish retirement complex and shooting a 53-year-old woman.
None of the three people who died was jewish.
The judge set the scheduling conference for May 29th.
