Whataburger Robbed at Gunpoint

CORPUS CHRISTI - Police are searching for two men they say robbed a Whataburger restaurant at gunpoint early Tuesday morning.

Around 3 am, the men walked into the Whataburger at Kostoryz and Gollihar armed with guns according to Corpus Christi Police.

The men forced employees to get on the ground face down while they stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The two men ran out of the restaurant shortly after; police said they weren't clear on which direction they were headed.

Police described the men as both wearing black hoodies with bandanas covering their faces. One of them may have been wearing gloves.

The men are between their early twenties and mid-thirties.

Call Corpus Christi Police if you have any information on who these men are or where they might be.
