LOS ANGELES - A water main break sent massive amounts of water onto and around the UCLA campus in Los Angeles.
The 93-year old 30 inch water main failed Tuesday afternoon, releasing an estimated eight to ten million gallons of water.
LA Water and Power Officials finally were able to shut off the main some three and a half hours after it broke.
Portions of UCLA's athletic fields and facilities were inundated with water.
At least four buildings on campus were damaged, including two underground parking structures.
There were no reported injuries.
