CORPUS CHRISTI - Having trouble keeping those New Year's resolutions? February is the perfect time to recommit - particularly if they involve living a healthier lifestyle.
The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department's monthly "Walk to Be Well" program can help anyone get started on a fitness program that is fun and easy to do. Participants gather near the pavilion, where a doctor makes a brief presentation on a health topic before walkers make their way around the Salinas Park trail.
The next walk is scheduled for Saturday, February 8 at 9 AM at Salinas Park (1354 Airport Road) and is free to anyone who would like to participate.
