CARROLLTON - Family and friends of two Dallas-area girls who disappeared 25 years ago during spring break will gather to remember the pair and the unsolved case.
The Dallas Morning News reports a candlelight vigil will be held Tuesday night for Stacie Madison and Susan Smalley. Both have been missing since March 1988.
The gathering will be held at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton where both girls were seniors.
Stacie was 17 and Susan was 18 years old when they disappeared. Both were last seen at the Addison restaurant where Susan worked. The younger girl's car was later found abandoned.
Carrollton police say the case remains open.
