Victim Identified In Fatal Accident Near Petronilla

PETRONILLA - We have an update on a fatal accident that happened last night near Petronilla on FM 665. Troopers say 26-year-old Atalie Martinez died on impact when the driver of a white Tahoe heading west on FM 665 tried to make a u-turn. Troopers say the driver- 24-year-old Robert Wyman cut off Martinez. Wyman survived with just minor injuries but will be charged with an unsafe turn and he may face additional charges.
