Update: Man Charged With Stabbing

Fight Leads to Stabbing

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Police arrested a 43-year old man they say stabbed another man after a fight over carpet cleaner.

Anthony Guajardo is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He's at the Nueces County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

Officers say Guajardo stabbed the 49-year old victim Saturday afternoon in the 900 Block of Susan Drive.

That's near the intersection of Mcardle and Airline.

Police say Guajardo lives in the back of the victim's home.

We're told the victim's injuries don't appear to be life threatening.
