UN Security Council to Discuss N. Korea

NEW YORK -- The United Nations Security Council will meet to discuss North Korea.

It's been just over a week since North Korea successfully conducted a nuclear test.

It's the third underground nuclear test conducted by the North Koreans, but the strongest and the first since Kim Jong Un took power in December of 2011.
