TxDOT Crew to Make Necessary Spot Repairs on Highways Overnight

Information from the Texas Department of Transportation

CORPUS CHRISTI - A TxDOT crew will be making unscheduled pavement repairs tonight at various locations throughout Corpus Christi. This will be a slow-moving operation and Corpus Christi police officers will assist with traffic control.

The crew will work from 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. when traffic is at a minimum. Repairs will include locations on eastbound SH 358 (SPID), northbound and southbound SH 286 (Crosstown), the Harbor Bridge northbound and southbound and southbound I-37 in the Rand Morgan Road area.

Motorists are urged to be alert for this mobile operation, to slow down and to move over so the crew has room to work.

Weather Note: Dense sea fog will move across Corpus Christi this evening and remain in place until roughly 5 a.m.
