 FM 624 Tanker Truck Crash

CORPUS CHRISTI - Emergency crews are working to clear a tanker truck accident on FM 624 near County Road 241 in Jim Wells County. The area is west of Highway 281.

We're told two people were inside the cab of the truck at time of the crash.

Halo Flight is currently moving one patient to Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital. That man was trapped inside the wreckage for an hour and a half.

There's no word on the condition of the other person involved, the name of those involved, or what company the truck belongs to.

Both lanes of traffic remain closed for now.
