Two Mexican Restaurants Broken Into on Sunday

CORPUS CHRISTI - Theft investigators are looking for at least two burglars who struck Mexican restaurants on Sunday. In the middle of the afternoon, someone called police when they noticed the drive-thru door was open at Feliz Amancer #3 on Leopard Street.

Officers checked out the surveillance video and saw someone break the window so they could open the door. However, there was no cash left in the register for anyone to steal.

A few hours later the alarm went off at Feliz Amancer #2 on Violet Road. An officer checking that call out noticed the drive-thru window was broken. The two people seen on surveillance video took off running once the alarm went off.
