CORPUS CHRISTI - Two men were taken to the hospital around noon today after a pickup truck hit an 18-wheeler. Police say the driver of a pickup took the turn onto Navigation and the I-37 access road too quickly.
The pickup clipped the larger truck that was stopped on the side of the road. The driver of the pickup was able to climb out through a hole in the windshield.
He reportedly suffered a head injury. Police said he'd likely be given a ticket for speeding. The other driver was complaining of neck pain.
