CORPUS CHRISTI- Tropical moisture will continue to slowly increase as the dry upper level high weakens its influence on South Texas allowing a noticeable increase in shower activity over the next several days. With more clouds and rain in the area daytime high temperatures will not be quite as hot and our winds will continue to be lighter than normal. This wetter weather pattern will persist for several days beyond this weekend.
Tonight will be tranquil again and warm with a low of 76 and a few distant showers in the Gulf.
Thursday expect scattered showers and a few thundershowers not quite as hot with variable sunshine and a high of 94.
Friday will also feature scattered thundershowers a few with locally heavy rain and a more seasonal high of 93 under a mix of clouds and sunshine.
Tropical Depression #7 in the N.E. Caribbean will move back into the Atlantic east of the Bahamas later this week and is no threat to interests in the Gulf Of Mexico.
