Troopers: Woman Admits to Synthetic Marijuana Use Before Crashes

CORPUS CHRISTI - A woman accused of causing two crashes near Banquete told state troopers she was under the influence of synthetic marijuana and needed some sleep.

She was on FM 666 when she rear-ended a vehicle causing it to run off the road. She then slammed into the back of a Suburban.

By that point her Chrysler 300 was totalled. No one was seriously injured in the crashes.
