CORPUS CHRISTI - A trial date has been set for a 23-year-old man who is accused of jumping into a woman's car in November and biting her face.
Courtney Henderson was arraigned this morning in court and plead not guilty. He will be evaluated to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
Police say on November 21st, a woman was driving near Prescott and 18th Street when Henderson jumped into her car. The woman told police that Henderson beat her and bit her face, before she scared him off with a taser.
Henderson was later found running naked on Morgan Street and was arrested. Police say he was high on marijuana laced with formaldehyde at the time.
If Henderson is found competent to stand trial, his trial is set to begin March 18th.
