CORPUS CHRISTI -- It's been a few weeks since Christmas and if your tree is still around...you had another chance to recycle it today.
Walmart in Flour Bluff and and the one on Saratoga hosted recycling events from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Also, Flour Bluff High School along with the Padre Island Property Owners Association held Christmas tree drop off events.
The clean trees are eventually turned into pine mulch which will be available to residents -- for free -- next month.
