CORPUS CHRISTI - Three men were arrested during a narcotics raid at a home on Naylor circle. Police showed up just as one of the men was trying to dump drugs right down a drain.

Police say they've been watching Ruben Soliz and the home on Naylor for some time now as apart of an undercover investigation.

"We have been looking at this target for quite a while. We've been following up. We've been doing surveillance on and off," said Capitan David Cook.

So Thursday night when they saw Soliz leaving the house police saw their chance to get him with a routine traffic stop. When they pulled him over, Brandon Reyes was in the car with him. In the car the men had some marijuana and just under four thousand dollars in cash on them. Soliz's wife met them at the scene and both men were arrested.

Police believe Soliz's wife then called the home on Naylor to warn whoever was there that police were on their way. When police showed up at the home they say they found Anthony Liscano was dumping heroin down a drain. He was arrested for tampering with evidence.

They also found a large bag of heroin hidden underneath the home. That bag held a little over a pound of heroin. Inside the home they discovered more marijuana, a small amount of meth and two flat screen TVs which police believe were used as payment for drugs.

Police say it appears that no one lives in this house, but rather it's used solely as a drug distribution center. They say that the heroin they found has a street value of over 11-thousand dollars.

"There's gonna be a lot of people out there that aren't gonna get the dope that they want," said Capitan Cook.

Soliz is charged with manufacturing and delivering drugs and Reyes is charged with possession of controlled substance. Police hope this bust will lead to more arrests.
