Three Killed In Traffic Accident Near Bishop

BISHOP - Three men are dead and two others injured after two vehicles collided head-on just east of Bishop. The accident happened on FM 70 near County Road 73-A.

The DPS says a truck and car collided but they are not sure what caused the accident. The driver of the car and two of the four passengers in the truck died at the scene.

Two of the passengers in the truck were airlifted to Spohn Memorial Hospital. No word on their condition. The DPS says all of the people involved in the accident are from the Rio Grande Valley.
