CORPUS CHRISTI - Three people were taken to area hospitals for minor injuries after their Chevy Tahoe flipped along Ennis Joslin. Police say the driver of a truck did not stop for cross traffic while leaving an apartment complex, leading the Tahoe to clip the grill guard and flip over.
While no one was seriously injured, a child was taken to Driscoll Children's Hospital and two others from the Tahoe were taken to nearby Bay Area Hospital. The driver of the truck was not injured.
The impact peeled away the grill guard from the pickup.
Emergency personnel shut down all northbound lanes of traffic as they worked to clean up the debris and treat the injured.
There's no word if the driver of the truck will be ticket.
