Thieves Steal $30,000 in Pills from Pharmacy

CORPUS CHRISTI - The owners of a local pharmacy reported the theft of $30,000 in prescription pills stolen from their location early Wednesday morning.

According to police, the thieves got in through the back and front doors of the shop at 913 S. Port Avenue.

The owners say the thieves were not picky, they stole every medication they could get their hands on. That's about 300 bottles worth.
