CORPUS CHRISTI - More than two years after a crash killed two people a lawsuit is finally coming to trial today.
Police say in June 2011, Jonathan Palacios drove his car the wrong way on N.P.I.D. near Highway 44 and crashed head-on into a car driven by Bryant Hernandez. Both drivers died.
Toxicology reports say Palacios had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
The other man's parents are suing the Cabaret of Corpus Christi claiming Palacios was overserved alcohol.
