CORPUS CHRISTI-- The murder trial for Bradley Fikes is expected continue later today.

Fikes admitted to shooting his brother-in-law Nick Welch in December of 2011; however, Fikes claims he never planned to kill Welch.

Yesterday, a neighbor and a witness testified that in the days before the shooting, Fikes had threatned to shoot Welch.
