CORPUS CHRISTI - Robert Charles Bryan faces a charge of abusing 911 for calling police 22 times after he found and eviction notice on his apartment door.
Police say the 37-year-old was "frantic" once he found the notice and he told someone he would keep calling 911 about the matter until officers showed up.
Bryan is accused of calling 22 times in 18 minutes. Police say he would hang up every time a dispatcher answered the call.
Once the officers arrived at the 3333 S. Alameda complex they noticed no one was in danger or injured.
Bryan now faces up to 180 days in jail if convicted of abusing 911.
