NEW HAMPSHIRE - According to New Hampshire's attorney general, Abigail Hernandez was reunited with her family in Conway, NH Sunday night.
15-year-old Hernandez was last seen nine months ago walking home from school in Conway, New Hampshire.
No further details have been released regarding the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and her return home.
The teen's mother said when she got home from work on the evening of October 9th, her daughter was not there.
Authorities said the last cellphone activity they were able to trace to Abby's phone was at around 3 that afternoon. That was about a half hour after she began walking home from Kennett High School.
Two weeks after she disappeared, Hernandez's mother received a letter from Abigail.
Zenya Hernandez, Abigail's mother, has informed law enforcement officers that "today we are the happiest people on earth".
Police say further details will be provided once they determine the information will not compromise the integrity of the on-going criminal investigation.
