SAN ANTONIO (WOAI) - A former elementary school teacher has been sentenced to 30 days in jail after ordering students to hit and punch a classmate accused of bullying.
Cynthia Ambrose, a former teacher at San Antonio's Salinas Elementary School, will also serve two years probation and won't be allowed to work with children in the future.
Ambrose faced up to a year in jail for the crime.
