CORPUS CHRISTI - Jurors are already hearing from witnesses in the case of a woman accused of killing a man inside his mobile home last year.
Donna Taylor claims she accidentally shot Floyd Scroggins in the neck when a gun fell out of her purse.
Witnesses told the court they heard screams coming from the trailer back in January 2012 and saw Scroggins face down in a pool of his own blood.
Taylor left town before a warrant was issued for her arrest. U.S. Marshals found her at a home in College Station three weeks after the shooting.
