Suspicious Fire

Early Morning Fire Rips Through Church

CORPUS CHRISTI -- A fire started around 2:00 this morning at this empty church in the 2900 block of Buddy Lawrence.

Fire investigators say it looks suspicious, but right now they're not sure if it's arson.

There was no one in the church when firefighters put out the smoke.

They took down the fire quickly and no one was hurt.
