CORPUS CHRISTI - We have some new information on last week's hit and run accident in front of Ray High School.
Police have identified the suspect involved in the accident. They plan to send the case to the District Attorney to determine whether charges should be filed.
Police say on November 12th, the suspect was driving his jeep and turned in front of a motorcyclist and the bike hit the side of the jeep. The rider ended up with a broken leg.
Two days later, police tracked down the jeep involved in the accident and hauled it to the impound lot.
