CORPUS CHRISTI - The Flour Bluff Independent School District will host a community meeting on December 5th to gain input on the search for a new superintendent. Today Dr. Julie Carbajal announced she's retiring on March 8th after 33 years with the district.
In a letter posted on the district's website Carbajal writes, " I have always felt I have 5,603 children, not just three."
The school board has hired Texas School Solutions to assist in the search for a new superintendent. The community input meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 6 p.m. inside the high school teaching theater.
