NEW YORK (AP) - It was Déjà vu for New York Giants fans as they watched their team again beat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl 21-17.
At Stout, a packed sports bar in midtown Manhattan, fans erupted Sunday into cheers and dancing as Queen's "We Are the Champions" blared over speakers.
Thirty-nine-year-old Frank Gerald of Manhattan called the win, "destiny," and said the Giants had "incredible spirit all year long."
The last time the teams met in the big game in 2008, the Giants upset the undefeated Patriots 17-14 in one of the most exciting Super Bowls ever. Two days later, massive crowds cheered the Giants as they paraded up Broadway's Canyon of Heroes.
Sunday night's win was New York's fourth Super Bowl title.

BOSTON (AP) - Disappointed New England Patriots fans are slowly emptying out of downtown Boston after the New York Giants beat their team 21-17 in the Super Bowl.
Police in riot gear lined the streets around the bars Sunday near Fenway Park, but fans were being quiet and orderly.
Karen Snyder of Boston is celebrating her birthday and says she's disappointed by the loss.
She says the Patriots just weren't ready when the Giants changed up their offense.
The loss is reminding many of the 2008 NFL championship, when the Giants beat the Patriots and ruined their bid for both a perfect season and the Super Bowl win.
