Summer 2013 TAAF Games of Texas Underway

CORPUS CHRISTI - The Summer 2013 Texas Amateur Athletic Federation Games are underway in Corpus Christi with more than 9,000 athletes competing at fields and facilities across the city.

Businesses are hoping that huge influx of visitors translates into a significant economic impact for our community.

The games presented by Citgo feature baseball, boxing, fencing, golf, judo, skateboarding, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, track & field and triathlon.

You can catch competitions Thursday through Sunday at the following locations:
Corpus Christi SkatePark at Cole Park
Greenwood Softball Complex
Sparkling City Girls Fast Pitch
Corpus Christi Natatorium
First Methodist Church (Table Tennis)
H-E-B Tennis Center
Cabaniss Multi-Purpose Center (Track & Field)
West Guth Park (Young Triathlon)
Oso Pony Fields (Baseball)
Ben Garza Gym (Boxing)
Grant Middle School (Fencing)
Lozano Golf Center
Kaffie Middle School (Judo)
All-access passes to the events are available for only $35.
