CORPUS CHRISTI - A 23-year-old woman is behind bars today after a police officer found her driving a Ford F-150 reported stolen out of Brownsville. Police say the officer was following Miranda Ashley Nicole Colunga along S. Staples Street around 10:30 last night when she suddenly made a lane change and turned into the Stripes store at Carroll Lane.

Colunga was already wanted on an outstanding municipal court warrant for speeding. Now she's charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with an invalid license and possession of cocaine. Police say they found the cocaine and some cash stuffed in her bra.

There were two other people in the car with her at the time, but they were released without charges.
