CORPUS CHRISTI- A strong cold front will move into the Coastal Bend before daybreak on Wednesday bringing a brief but abrupt change to our spring-like weather. Pacific moisture trapped at the surface will result in likely but light rain Wednesday and Wednesday night. A warm-up will commence on Friday lasting until the next front next Monday.
Tonight will be very mild early then turning windy and colder late with temperatures dropping into the low 50's by daybreak with scattered light rain showers.
Wednesday will be windy wet and colder with temperatures falling throughout the day from the 50's during the morning to the 40's by afternoon with light rain likely and enough wind to produce wind chills in the 40's and 30's.
Wednesday night will be blustery cold with periods of light rain likely breezy and cold with a low of 39 and wind chills near 30.
Thursday the rain ends early the gradual clearing and chilly but with light winds we will have a high of 56.
