Paying for a college education will now be easier for some students thanks to the Stripes College Scholarship Fund, a program launched by Stripes Convenience Stores.
From now through December 29th, Stripes customers will be invited to participate by donating at least $1, and in return, receive a free treat. By doing this, Stripes is hoping to raise $400,000 to be used for scholarship for 400 students in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Stripes is underwriting all administrative costs to run the scholarship program.
