CORPUS CHRISTI - A discount store employee accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl in the store is now under indictment.
Court documents show the girl told officials Victor Sanchez took her to a restroom claiming he needed to make sure she wasn't stealing anything.
Police picked up Sanchez six days after the girl was taken to the hospital for an exam.
The 23-year-old remains in the Nueces County Jail on a million dollars in bonds for two counts of felony aggravated sexual assault of a child.
He'll be arraigned at a later date. His attorney has already requested a bond reduction hearing.
