Huge Honey Spill on LA Freeway

CALIFORNIA - A Los Angeles freeway was backed up for miles Monday afternoon while crews cleaned up a sticky mess from an overturned semi.

A rig hauling 42,000 pounds of honey tipped on its side, forcing the closure of four lanes of the Northbound 605 Freeway.

Police say no other vehicles were involved and the truck driver was not injured.

A highway patrol officer tweeted a message home saying "honey, I'm going to be late."
