CORPUS CHRISTI - After last week's unusual swing in temperatures that brought some rainfall and cooler weather to the region, we will start out this week with temperatures near normal for this time of year.
Today expect clouds to increase throughout the day as afternoon highs range from the upper 70s along the coast to mid-80s inland. Wind: ESE 5-15mph
Tonight the clouds will stick around with light winds and humid conditions with nighttime lows in the middle to lower 60s.
Winds will begin to increase to windy levels by the middle of the week and moisture will begin to increase and lead to a few isolated showers by Thursday. Another front, at this point weak in nature, looks to arrive Saturday evening and bring some showers & thunderstorms for Mother's Day weekend. We will continue to monitor the rain chances.
