Sparks Charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor

CORPUS CHRISTI - The Corpus Christi Police Department has charged 25-year-old Ted Sparks with online solicitation of a minor. Sparks is accused of communicating with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl on Facebook.

Police say he tried to solicit sex from her and arranged for a meeting. The "girl" turned out to be a police officer and Sparks was arrested when he showed up for the meeting.
