Sinton's Mike Adams to Sign with Phillies for $18-Million

CORPUS CHRISTI - This evening a family source confirmed that Sinton product Mike Adams has signed with the Philadelphia Phillies for $18-million dollars. It's a three year deal with a two-year guarantee.

Adams spent the last two seasons with the Rangers going 5-3 out of the bullpen with a 3.27 ERA in 2012. The former A&M-Kingsville star struck out 45 batters in 52.1 innings of work.
