CORPUS CHRISTI - Kiddos from the Church of Reconciliation Day School were helping to spread the love on this Valentines Day.
Thursday morning the children made more than 40 Valentine's Day cards for some of the nurses at the Spohn South Hospital.
Each card had the foot prints of the child inside a heart with each nurse's name on the card.
Nurses who received the card work on the labor and delivery floor of the hospital and for many of them these cards were extra special.
"It was a full circle, some of the babies may have been born here and now they are making Valentines for that may have participated in their birth," says Nurse Manager of Women's Services Christina Stelly.
This is the first year the day school has done something like this, but plan to make it a tradition.
