Search for Taft Murder Suspect

SAN PATRICIO COUNTY- The search continues for a man wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing in Taft.

Monday a warrant was issued for 29-year-old Eddie Zapata Junior.

He is accused of stabbing 25-year-old Ezequiel Flores in the chest with a large kitchen knife during a fight at a home Saturday night.

Police say Zapata could be trying to hide out with family in Taft, Sinton, Corpus Christi or Seguin.
