School Official Arrested for DWI After Crash

CORPUS CHRISTI--A local assistant principal is facing charges for drunk driving.

30 year old Daniel Noyola Junior is the assistant principal of Martin Middle School.

Police say he crashed into a fire hydrant along Grand Junction around 8 o'clock Saturday morning.
Witnesses say it looked like he was trying to leave the scene before cops got there.
Officers arrived a few minutes later, put him in handcuffs and took him to jail for DWI.
