CORPUS CHRISTI - Police think a man who robbed two corner store pharmacies last week in Corpus Christi may be responsible for a similar robbery on Wednesday.
A man armed with a knife walked into the CVS pharmacy at 6 Points around 1:30 in the afternoon. Police say he walked around the store for some time as he waited for other customers to leave, then he approached the clerk claiming he was going to buy a pack of cigarettes. Then he pulled out a knife.
The man was last seen running away towards the Office Depot. He's described as white or Hispanic. At the time he was wearing a blue and white striped shirt, white tennis shoes and a white hat. An officer say he also had old-English style tattooing on one arm.
The suspect in two similar robberies wore a black Callaway ball cap, a black hoodie and red athletic tennis shoes as he threatened clerks with a knife.
Those robberies happened inside the CVS at Glazebrook and Staples on March 7th, then again inside the Walgreen's at Doddridge and Staples on March 9th.
