What is RSS? (Really Simple Syndication)
RSS is an easy way to keep you automatically up-to-date on Web sites you like to visit regularly. Instead of having to go to each Web site separately to see new stories, you can use RSS to view them easily in one application or program.
KRISTV.COM now offers RSS feeds (or channels) for major sections of our web site, i.e. news headlines, sports, health and recipes.
How can I make use of RSS?
In general you need to install an application or program called a RSS Reader. RSS Readers display the information from RSS feeds on your computer.
How do I get a News Reader?
There are a number of different News Readers available; a few more popular ones are listed below, but there are now literally thousands to choose from. Many of them are free to download and use, though some of the more feature rich applications you will have to purchase.
We've set up most our staff with Attensa for Outlook. You can catch up on your headlines while reading your e-mail. It also has a toolbar that will let you know when a Web site has a feed available.

Once you have a RSS Reader, you only have to choose which RSS feeds you want.
How can I sign up to RSS feeds from KRIS?
We've partnered with the popular RSS feed aggregator FeedBurner to make our RSS Feeds available almost all RSS readers. When you see the 
icon, just click the icon and follow the instructions on how to add the feed to your RSS reader. We've also listed direct links to some of the more popular RSS readers and personalized Web sites that allow users to add their own content feeds.
