CORPUS CHRISTI - A representative for a road construction company is not pleased a vandal broke into an electronic traffic sign near Rodd Field Road and Williams meant to warn motorists to watch out for construction ahead.
This morning the sign read, "Lane closure ahead, no left turn, expect delays, caution zombies ahead."
Of course, this is by no means a new type of vandalism. For the past couple of years at least, people in Texas and other states have reported the same messages showing up on highway signs.
The guy from Raytec who came to reprogram the sign was pretty irritated, to put it mildly.
