ROBSTOWN - That Robstown Outlet Mall we've been telling you about is one step closer to being built.
The City of Robstown tells us that the developer, Dolphin Ventures, is planning to file a building permit application in roughly three weeks.
City officials say that application will need to be complete with all the construction plans the developer has for this outlet mall.
There was a ground breaking for the project last summer, but since then, not much has happened.
As we've reported, county officials have had a hard time getting Dolphin Ventures to update them on the project, and explain the delays.
Once submitted, the approval process for that building permit will likely take several weeks.
City officials say they hope to have the mall open by next summer.
